This language certificate is applicable for Portuguese Nationality and can join anybody to this intensive course. The duration of this course is two months. We have this course every month in the Morning (9:00 to 12:30) , Afternoon (3:00 to 5:30) and Evening (6:00 to 9:30). Medium of instruction is English to Portuguese.

During the pandemic we established partnership with Banco Alimentar for food support since last May 2020. We have 1 thousand people registered with us from 20 different countries and every week more than 100 people receive emergency food support from us. We are collaborating for this initiative with ACM and Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian.

Health for the Community
This project was created in partnership with the Agrupamento de Centros de Saúde de Lisboa Central - ACES (Central Lisbon Health Centers Group) under the Program Bairros Saudáveis (Healthy Neighborhoods) which, in collaboration with various sectors of the Government of the Portuguese Republic, finances this project.
This project proposes the construction of a group of Community Health Workers, a network of mentors from the different communities in the area associated with the Parish Councils of Sta. Maria Maior, São Vicente and Arroios, enabling them to mediate in the in their own languages to reach a greater number of migrants. This initiative seeks to make migrant residents feel physically and mentally healthy and be informed about access to health services in the context of the pandemic, prevention, counseling in case of confinement or infection, and support for those who have had COVID-19. This project is also focused on mediation between users and Health Centres, preventive medicine, care for children, young people, adults of working age, women and the elderly in an inclusive perspective, without barriers or discrimination.
